The 3D engraved process

The 3D engraving process creates a stunning floating sculpture within the custom glass paperweight capturing even the smallest details in the image resulting in a stunning 3d engraved paperweight. By using the power of laser light we can create a series of microdots within the crystal and it is by controlling the movement of the beam and the microdot density that allows us to create an intriguing and finely detailed design in glass. You can cancel your purchase at any time up until the order is dispatched, and a full refund will be given. Should you wish to return your item, a refund minus postage & packaging, will be given to pieces returned to us in an undamaged condition, within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must be a member of one of the organisations on the list, issued by the office of civil society in order to purchase one of the crystal mementos.
All online purchases will be shipped within 14 days of your order.
If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery date, you will be offered a full refund, or an expected delivery date.
All items will be delivered by UK mail, who will require a signature on delivery.
This award is only available to volunteers or members of organisations that have the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Volunteering Award 2012 – no other purchases will be accepted. You will be asked to confirm your organisation when making payment.
A group order is where we deliver 15 or more awards to one address. For ordering in bulk you will receive a discount on the price of each award.
Payment for all awards must be made together as one payment.
Yes – we offer a discount on each award when bought in bulk and also you will make considerable savings on delivery costs. However, all awards need to be paid for together and will be delivered to one address so somebody at the organisation will need to co-ordinate this on behalf of all everyone!

We aim to deliver all awards within 10 days of order but depending upon demand this may on occasion take slightly longer but we guarantee all deliveries within 28 days.
All awards will be sent by Royal Mail or by courier so will require a signature on delivery.
