At Laser Crystal we make it our business to take the hassle out of ordering corporate awards and gifts. Quite simply just brief your requirements to us and we do the rest – creating a 3D proof for you to view for approval.

•  Product Quality & Quotation

Once we know your requirements we will provide a written quotation for your crystal pieces. This cost is based upon:
 

• Shape and size of crystal
• The quantity of pieces
• The complexity of the artwork to be created

• As we appreciate the vital importance of presentation - each laser crystal is supplied in a high quality satin lined gift box.

• There is NO minimum order quantity or value – from a one off crystal piece to thousands of Laser Crystals we have the production capability to meet your deadlines.

• Urgent orders can always be accommodated.

We also offer:
• branded gift boxes * bases – wooden, glass or metal * engraved plaques

• Artwork

We will discuss your requirements with you and explain how we will interpret your image into 3D. Our team of designers will create your 3D design from whatever information you have available whether that's photographs, a product, architectural plans, a letterhead, a jpeg, bitmap, ai or eps for logos or even a hand drawing.

Our preferred file formats:
Logo files : vector eps or ai files.
3D CAD model including: - DXF, IGES, STL, 3DS

• Creating the 3d model

Your artwork is then passed to our highly experienced team of designers who using a 3D CAD package will bring your image to life in 3D detail.

• Layout

In order to show you how your Laser Crystal will appear when finished - we create a 3D model of the crystal piece with your bespoke design inside so you can view this from a number of different angles.
For larger orders we can provide a pre-production crystal piece for final approval.

 

• Production & Technology

Laser Crystal has the production capacity to deal with both individual pieces as well as large volume runs using our 24 hour automated production facility.
We use the very latest laser technology to create the intricately detailed 3D design is created using the power of laser light to form a series of microdots within the crystal. By controlling the movement of the beam and the microdot density we can produce an intriguing and finely detailed design.
