Bases for Crystal Gifts

We have a selection of base options to compliment your Laser Crystal.

If you have a specific requirement for your bases please let us know as these can be produced to your specific requirements.




Wooden Bases

Wooden bases are made to order for your crystal pieces and all the bases are finished to a high quality giving the best finish to bring out the natural beauty of the wood.

Bases can  be made in any type of wood and our standard options are:

  • beech
  • mahogany
  • oak
  • walnut






 



Metal Bases

Made from aluminium metal each base provides a stylish accompliment to your crystal.

Bases can be be coloured to your requirements.











 

Crystal Bases

Some of our crystal pieces have glass bases, however any piece can have a base added


LED Light Bases

LED light bases can either have batteries or be mains powered . There are 3 options of LED light bases available

  • blue light
  • white light

Refund Policy

You can cancel your purchase at any time up until the order is dispatched, and a full refund will be given. Should you wish to return your item, a refund minus postage & packaging, will be given to pieces returned to us in an undamaged condition, within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms and Conditions

You must be a member of one of the organisations on the list, issued by the office of civil society in order to purchase one of the crystal mementos.

All online purchases will be shipped within 14 days of your order.

If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery date, you will be offered a full refund, or an expected delivery date.

All items will be delivered by UK mail, who will require a signature on delivery.

Who can purchase this award?

This award is only available to volunteers or members of organisations that have the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Volunteering Award 2012 – no other purchases will be accepted.  You will be asked to confirm your organisation when making payment.

What is a group order?

A group order is where we deliver 15 or more awards to one address. For ordering in bulk you will receive a discount on the price of each award. 

Payment for all awards must be made together as one payment.

Is it cheaper to buy our awards as a group?

Yes – we offer a discount on each award when bought in bulk and also you will make considerable savings on delivery costs. However, all awards need to be paid for together and will be delivered to one address so somebody at the organisation will need to co-ordinate this on behalf of all everyone!

My group order is for over 100 awards - how do I order?

How long will it take for my award to be delivered?

We aim to deliver all awards within 10 days of order but depending upon demand this may on occasion take slightly longer but we guarantee all deliveries within 28 days.

How will my awards be delivered?

All awards will be sent by Royal Mail or by courier so will require a signature on delivery.
